Does this seem familiar every so often?

I am tired.
I am cranky.
I am worn out.
I don’t want to think, I don’t want to act, I don’t want to comprehend my actions or aspects at that particular time.
I want to just get away, unwind and “chill out,” please.

Like Gum

Whether the issue is

  • a nasty negotiation on a sticky problem at work, or
  • a blank screen on the computer trying desperately to write a peerless post
  • or a personal enigma that has no right or wrong answer,

amazingly, remarkably and unbelievably the annoying, nagging problem still nevertheless. It is like gum at the bottom of our brand, new shoes that, no matter of scrape, the residue is not one hundred percent clean. Yuk.

Unhinged

Logically, we know that we are on solid ground on our attitude and perseverance; however, for the present time, we unhinged and are unfocused and unwilling to untangle the knot. We understand if we think about it, that if we took a break, get some fresh air and produce another alternative to our particular stumped that, maybe, will result in more advantage of our strategy.

Bang Our Heads

But unfortunately, instead, we zone out all the plausible conclusions that we know are so much more pleasant and struggle and bang our heads trying to fix this puzzle immediately, if not even sooner.

And that’s the rub, isn’t it? How can we “chill out,” not be an irritant or nuisance, and still, be a champion of calmness to resolve this conclusion effectively and efficiently?

Possibly, if we just

  • step back of our conundrum
  • look for different connections of the ingenuity of an original way and
  • breathe

the end result may be very spontaneous long the way.

Whew.
