Treading water.

Undecided.

And not a clue what to do about it.

Oh no.

It is the simplistic idea, really: no matter how much you get ahead, you are always looking backward to find out who is passing you by along the way. Yup, you think it happens to everyone, no matter if you are just beginning your career or a thirty-five-year veteran that someone else is going to catch up and pass you without even knowing it.

Not Rocking the Boat

Overdo a little bit, the concept is still out there. It is that you are not on your finest effort. Instead, you are skating on thin ice, not rocking the boat, just floating, wandering adrift.

Willy-nilly, you struggle and try to examine what you can do to disappear your anxiety and be the old, vibrant chipper that was hungry for the next encounter in your field. Like an elixir, you concoct this magic formula like a genie that was so conjuring in the past.

Your True Colors

And then you wake up, realizing that this was a dream and showing your true colors that you are:

Resourceful

Desire the ability and wherewithal to create an environment of thoughtful analysis and maximum results

Thorough

Slow down not to a crawl, but definitely, enough time to make all of the possibilities before making the right choice

Risk taker

Not over-the-top, but willing to risk a strategic objective for mighty results

Loyal

Appreciate and look with respect to your colleagues, soon-to-be and current clients for a relationship, more than a few seconds

Tenacious

Hungry to achieve even greater talents by being assertive, but not aggressive

Shine Even Brighter

Thus, you splash some water to energize and wake up. You understand the nuances in order that how every day will shine even brighter than the day before.

Take that.
